How do I care for my product(s)?

A Little Love Goes A Long Way

To lengthen the life of your clothing, always wash it inside out and in a mesh laundry bag. This helps preserves the design and structure of the fabric and reduces energy consumption

How long does it take to ship my product(s)

As soon as your order is placed, we begin the shipping process.

It takes a day to get your product to a shipper.

We will send you an email with your tracking number. Click on the link to check the progress of your shipment. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking number to become live.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want to make sure you are happy with your order from NūR the Label. If,
for whatever reason, your purchase does not work out, we will gladly
help you exchange it, or provide an online store credit or refund.
Please make sure you’ve read and understand our return policy below.

For all returns or exchanges:

Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.

All original tags must be attached.

You must present a valid invoice.

Within 30 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund.

For returns, there is a re-stocking & shipping flat fee of $15. This
will be subtracted from your refund or store credit.
