Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure you are happy with your order from NūR the Label.

If, for whatever reason, your purchase does not work out, we will gladly help you exchange it, or provide an online store credit or refund.

Please make sure you’ve read and understand our return policy below.

For all returns or exchanges:

• Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
• All original tags must be attached.
• You must present a valid invoice.

Your satisfaction is very important to us! Any unused, unopened, unworn product in original packaging can be exchanged or returned for a refund or a store credit within 30 days of the date the order is delivered

Within 30 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a full refund after the product is inspected

*We will not be accepting exchanges or refund requests past the 30 day limit. We thank you for your understanding.
